You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Manipulate ratings or reliability scores
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

5. Game Participation

When you RSVP to a game, you are making a commitment to attend. Repeated no-shows will affect your reliability score and may result in account restrictions. Game hosts have the right to remove participants from their games.

6. Court Information

Court information is provided for convenience and may not always be accurate. Users should verify court availability and rules independently. PickleSync is not responsible for court access or conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

PickleSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during games organized through our platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
